Effective July 2026. This policy covers zonezeroorangecounty.com, part of the Zone Zero educational network alongside sites like Zone Zero San Diego and Zone Zero California.
When you submit the assessment form, we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, property address, and your message. We use it to check your parcel's hazard designation, respond to your request, and, where relevant, connect you with a licensed contractor. Our site also uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand aggregate site usage, and Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated spam.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share form submissions except as needed to fulfill your request (for example, referring a fence inquiry to a licensed contractor, as disclosed on the request form).
References on this site to Zone Zero, Zone 0, and the ember-resistant zone describe the same regulatory concept under California law.
